Screenshots & text
Capture, mark up and send, or copy the words off any part of the screen.
A screenshot tool built for handing pictures to agents: a frozen screen with a pixel loupe, an editor with nine tools, a shelf of recent shots you can drag into a terminal, and a text extractor that copies words from anywhere on screen.
- ~60 ms
- from shortcut to frozen screen
- 9
- annotation tools, saved beside the picture so they stay editable
- 6–85 ms
- to read the text off a small area
1/7 · Take a shot
Ctrl+Shift+4 freezes the screen as it is, so nothing moves while you choose.

Capture
Area, window or full screen, the same area again, or after a delay, from global shortcuts that work over every app. The overlay freezes the screen and shows a magnifier with live coordinates.
Mark up
Arrow, rectangle, ellipse, line, pen, text, numbered steps, highlighter and redact, plus crop, zoom and pan. Annotations are saved next to the picture, so a shot reopens editable. Redaction burns the pixels when you draw it; undo removes the box, not the damage.
Send
“Save & send” puts the path in a terminal; “Send text” reads the shot and sends the words. The shelf keeps recent shots one drag away from any terminal, and Pin keeps one floating above everything.
Text from anywhere
Ctrl+Shift+2 and a drag copy the words off any part of the screen: no file, no editor. T keeps a table’s columns, S keeps it to one line. It runs on Windows’ own OCR, in the languages your Windows has installed.
